Data we collect
Names, dates of birth, passport details, contact details, UK address, travel details and payment references that you provide when booking.
Why we use it
To book appointments on your behalf, communicate with you, take payment and meet legal obligations (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f)).
Sharing
We share data only with VFS Global/appointment systems as needed to make your booking, our payment provider Stripe, and email providers. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Booking data is kept as long as needed for service and legal purposes, then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction by emailing support@mirzait.com. You can complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
