📅 How to Book a VFS Netherlands Appointment in the UK (Step by Step)

Step 1: Check you need a visa

Most non-EU nationals need a Schengen visa to visit the Netherlands. Check the official Dutch government visa wizard for your nationality and residence status.

Step 2: Confirm the right country

Apply to the Schengen country where you will spend the most days. If you will spend equal time in several countries, apply to the country of first entry.

Step 3: Create your VFS booking

Register on the VFS Global Netherlands UK website, enter the applicant details exactly as in the passport, then choose a centre (London, Manchester, Birmingham or Edinburgh).

Step 4: Pick the earliest slot

Slots are released irregularly and disappear within minutes. Be flexible on dates and centres, and check early morning and late evening.
